Our Apples
We proudly cultivate seven distinct types of apples, each offering a unique flavor profile and carefully timed harvest. Our apples are a reflection of diversity, catering to a spectrum of tastes and purposes. Whether you’re craving the crisp sweetness of Gala Wildfires or the robust flavor of Aztec Fujis, there’s something for everyone in our orchard.
We offer our apples to wholesale and retail buyers, ensuring that our carefully nurtured apples find their way to supermarkets, schools, and other institutional purchasers. Join us in savoring the delicious journey through our orchard, where every apple tells a story of dedication and flavor!

Gala Wildfires
The season begins in early to mid-August with Gala Wildfires. These small, delightful apples are perfect for elementary school lunches and make excellent snacks for small children.

Gala Buckeyes (Simmons)
Maturing in late August, Gala Buckeyes are a lively part of the Gala apple family, which has become a favorite across America.

Honeycrisp
This apple is crisp, sweet and juicy. It is a medium to large apple. Ours store well in refrigerators and with our wholesale buyers. It ripens in mid-September.

Crimson Crisp
Ripening in late September or early October, these apples are known for their sweet, sharp, and spicy flavor. They are excellent for both eating and cooking, and they are genetically unrelated to Honeycrisp.

Pinklady Barnsby
Harvested in late October, this early strain of PinkLady stands out for its elegant shape, tall and slender. It graces our orchard with early blossoms and late-lingering leaves into the winter months.

Evercrisp
A cross between Honeycrisp and Fuji apples, these gems mature in early November and are highly regarded by apple connoisseurs.

Aztec Fujis
Our last apple of the season, harvested just after EverCrisp, Aztec Fujis are often the largest in our orchard and boast a deep red color. They are widely considered the best Fujis on the market.
